摘要: A composition for confectionery applications, which comprises: a fat composition having a solid fat content (SFC) with an N20 of at least 10% and N35 of at most 10% measured on stabilized fat stabilized at 20° C. for 40 hours according to ISO 8292-1; at least one emulsifier; and at least one bitterness inhibitor dispersed or dissolved in the fat composition.
