摘要： A mobile terminal includes a body having a user input unit for receiving a control command; an antenna unit mounted on the body to transmit and receive a radio signal; and a circuit board connected to the antenna unit to process the radio signal, wherein the antenna unit includes: a base film made of a light-transmissive material; a first conductive oxide film formed on one surface of the base film; a metal conductive part laminated on the first conductive oxide film and forming an antenna pattern corresponding to the radio signal; and a second conductive oxide film configured to cover the metal conductive part.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a metal oxide electrode and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display using the same are provided. The method includes providing a substrate inside a chamber, providing Al2O3 doped ZnO (AZO) including zinc oxide (ZnO) and aluminum oxide (Al2O3) inside the chamber, providing indium tin oxide (ITO) including indium oxide (In2O3) and tin oxide (SnO2) inside the chamber, and applying a direct current (DC) power to a material including AZO and ITO to form an IAZTO electrode on the substrate.
