Abstract: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus of an embodiment includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry determines a concentration of a contrast agent in contrast-enhanced image collection based on first reference information in which a recommended contrast in a contrast-enhanced image is associated with each region of interest to be subject to collection of the contrast-enhanced image, and on second reference information that indicates a relation among a generation condition of an X-ray, a concentration of a contrast agent, and a contrast. The processing circuitry calculates setting information of an injector to inject a contrast agent to the subject based on the determined concentration of a contrast agent.

Abstract: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment includes an X-ray detector, a grid, a slide mechanism, a rotary mechanism, and an arm. The X-ray detector detects X-rays emitted from an X-ray tube. The grid has a fixed relative position to the X-ray detector and is provided with stripes extending in a first direction to remove scattered rays included in the X-rays. The slide mechanism includes at least one slide rail along the first direction and holds the X-ray detector so as to slide in the first direction. The rotary mechanism includes a rotation shaft and rotatably holds the slide mechanism. The arm holds the rotary mechanism and is operable.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a medical image processing apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry specifies, before position alignment between a first X-ray image and a second X-ray image which is acquired with a device inserted, a device area candidate in the second X-ray image as a candidate of an area where the device appears. The processing circuitry performs the position alignment using first processing of removing the specified device area candidate or second processing of reducing a contribution of the specified device area candidate.
