Abstract: Disclosed are an interference information processing method and device. The method comprises: a user terminal determining completion of reestablishment of an RRC connection; and the user terminal reporting interference indication information to a target cell. In the embodiment of the present invention, after a connection is established between the user terminal and a target cell except a source cell, the target cell may obtain interference indication information of the user terminal through the user terminal or the source cell, so as to avoid in-device interference of the user terminal according to the interference indication information of the user terminal.
