Abstract: The present application provides a PUCCH-based uplink control information transmission method and apparatus. User equipment determines, according to downlink control information (DCI), a format of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) and/or information of a used orthogonal sequence; and the user equipment transmits, according to the format of the PUCCH and/or the information of the used orthogonal sequence, uplink control information borne by the PUCCH. The present application can implement selection of a transmission structure of a PUCCH to transmit uplink control information.

Abstract: The present application provides a frequency domain spreading and de-spreading method and apparatus. In embodiments of the present application, user equipment acquires indication information of an orthogonal sequence used by a transmission physical uplink control channel (PUCCH); the user equipment spreads, according to an orthogonal sequence corresponding to the indication information of the orthogonal sequence, a frequency domain for uplink control information borne by the PUCCH; and the user equipment transmits, over a frequency domain resource corresponding to the PUCCH, the uplink control information of which the frequency domain is spread. The present application can spread a frequency domain for uplink control information borne by a PUCCH.

Abstract: A UCI transmission method, a UCI reception method, a terminal and a base station are provided. The UCI transmission method includes, when a collision is present between different types of UCIs with a first TTI length and/or a collision is present between a UCI with the first TTI length and a UCI with a second TTI length, transmitting the UCIs with the collision to a base station simultaneously using a second sPUCCH format on a predetermined sPUCCH resource corresponding to the second sPUCCH format, or determining a transmission scheme for the UCIs with the collision in accordance with a sPUCCH format adopted by the UCI with the first TTI length.
