Abstract: Provided are a battery cell, a battery, an electrical apparatus, and a method and device for manufacturing a battery cell. The battery cell includes a case, an end cover, an electrode assembly and a solder, the case has an accommodating cavity and an opening at one end; the end cover is connected to the case; the electrode assembly is provided in the accommodating cavity, the electrode assembly has a first tab, and the first tab faces the opening; the solder is provided between the end cover and the first tab and connects the end cover and the first tab; an insulating member is also provided between the end cover and the first tab, an insulating cavity is provided on the insulating member, a feed port is provided on one side of the insulating cavity, and the feed port faces the solder.
