A simulation system for a current collecting surface of a C-shaped contact rail includes a double-headed rail and a limiting plate. A current collecting end surface of the double-headed rail has a same current collection area as an actual C-shaped contact rail. The limiting plate matches the inner contour of the C-shaped contact rail. A constructed test line can simulate the current collecting status of the C-shaped contact rail. The limiting plate and the existing double-headed rail are combined, and compared with reproduction of the C-shaped contact rail, the manufacturing cycle is short, the costs are low, and it is applicable to the test line.

A method and device for automatically processing static test data of a rail transit vehicle are provided. A target operation step is determined in accordance with a commissioning template. Information about a commissioning task step is sent to a terminal device, for prompting that the target operation step needs to be executed. After the information about a commissioning result corresponding to the target operation step is received, it is judged whether test data in the information is correct. If it is judged that the test data is correct, the information is sent to the terminal device, the judgement result is filled into the commissioning template, and a step of determining the target operation step is executed. A method and a system for interacting rail transit vehicle commissioning task information are provided. The system includes a server and a commissioning terminal, wherein the server generates a commissioning template and sends to the commissioning terminal the commissioning process promoting information. The commissioning terminal obtains the commission template, and may obtain commissioning result data corresponding to a current operation step promoted in a current commissioning process promoting information and send the commissioning result data to the server. The server judges the commissioning result data, generates and sends the judgment result to the commissioning terminal. The commissioning terminal fills the judgment result into the interacting region corresponding to the current operation step. Therefore, an electronic rail transit vehicle commissioning is achieved without manually filling a large amount of paper forms, which reduces workload of the commissioning worker and improves the efficiency of commissioning.
