Abstract: The present disclosure provides a dump body for a machine. The dump body comprises a floor, a front wall, a pair of side walls being structured and arranged to form a material collection structure. A contoured surface being formed between at least one combination of the floor, front wall, and the pair of side walls. Further, an exhaust passage having at least a portion of wall being defined by the contoured surface is provided in the dump body, wherein the contoured surface is configured to be in fluid communication with exhaust through the exhaust passage.
