Abstract: This disclosure provides techniques for assessing projects based on their project fields and evaluating their progress. In accordance with the techniques described herein, an example system may use project schemas that include various project fields, such as precondition, success criterion, in-scope, and out-of-scope fields, to define requirements-related concepts associated with the projects. These project fields may be characterized by their relevance levels, maturity levels, and description data. The system employs assessment measures that consider the relevance level and maturity level of the project fields to determine the project's assessment report.
