摘要： Provided are a nucleic acid molecule binding to an YB-1 protein and an application thereof in diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cancers. The nucleic acid molecule comprises a sequence selected from the group consisting of: (1) a nucleic acid sequence shown in N1N2N3N4AN5CN6N7N8 (SEQ ID NO: 1), wherein N1 is C, G, U, or none, N2 is A, G, U, or none, N3 is C, G, U, or none, N4 is C, G, U, or none, N5 is C or U, and each of N6, N7 and N8 is independently C, G, U, or none; and (2) a complementary sequence of (1).
