摘要: The present disclosure provides methods for inhibiting scale formation in subterranean reservoirs. The methods may include depositing silica-based nanoparticles on a surface of the subterranean reservoir and transporting a scale inhibitor to the surface of the subterranean reservoir. The scale inhibitor may adhere to the silica-based nanoparticles through a chemical interaction. The silica-based nanoparticles may adhere to one or more surfaces within the subterranean reservoir.
