    摘要: The present invention discloses a dual-band power amplifier, capable of operating at a first frequency and a different second frequency simultaneously. The dual-band power amplifier comprises a first gain stage; a second power stage; an input matching unit electrically connected between the first gain stage and a signal input port; an inter-stage matching unit electrically connected between the first gain stage and the second power stage and an output matching unit electrically connected between the second power stage and an output signal port. According to the dual-band power amplifier and the design formula of matching circuit of the present invention, the present invention can simplify the circuit structure and is suitable for various dual-band communication systems.

    摘要: The present invention discloses an antenna diversity switch, used for receiving and transmitting RF signals for dual-mode co-existence wireless communication system. The antenna diversity switch comprises a first transmitting port; a second transmitting port; a receiving port; a first control unit, electrically connected between the first transmitting port and a first antenna; a second control unit, electrically connected between the first transmitting port and a second antenna; a third control unit, electrically connected between the second transmitting port and the first antenna; a forth control unit, electrically connected between the second transmitting port and the second antenna; a fifth control unit, electrically connected between the receiving port and the first antenna; a sixth control unit, electrically connected between the receiving port and the second antenna. The antenna diversity switch according to the present invention meets the requirement of IEEE 802.11b/g WLAN and Bluetooth co-existence operation with reduction of three or four antennas in the prior art to two antennas. Moreover, it provides antenna diversity for both WLAN and Bluetooth systems, where in the prior-art WLAN and Bluetooth co-existence system only WLAN system has the antenna diversity.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a dual-band active filter having filtering response and positive pass-band gain. The dual-band active filter includes an input match unit for gain match of the dual-band active filter and for having a band-pass filtering response; a first gain stage electrically connected to the first input match unit for providing the flat gain of the dual-band active filter; an inter-stage unit electrically connected to the first gain stage for matching gain and for having a band-stop filter response; a second gain stage electrically connected to the inter stage unit for providing the flat gain of the dual-band active filter; and an output unit electrically connected to the second gain stage for matching the dual-band active filter and for having a low-pass filtering response. The dual-band active filter according to the present invention uses the cascade connection of multiple filter stages to have band-pass filtering response at two different frequency bands and obtain high stop-band attenuation by providing plural transmission zeros in the stop-band.
