Abstract:
A self-adjusting level for determining the leveling between two distant points is disclosed. It mainly contains a main body and a light beam indicator. The main body contains a flame having two oppositely disposed supporting arms, a disc-like base disposed below said main body, and a 360-degree rotatable graduated angle-measuring disc disposed between said base and said frame. The light beam indicator includes: (a) an outer ring rotatably connected to and between said two supporting arms of said frame of said main body via two outer ring shafts so that said outer ring is allowed to freely rotate about said outer ring shafts, (b) an inner shaft being rotatably connected at both ends thereof to said outer ring and extending along a diameter of said outer ring so as to rotate in a direction normal to a rotating direction of said outer ring, (c) at least one light beam generator disposed inside said inner shaft for generating at least one light beam which emits from at least one end of said inner shaft, and (d) a plummet hanging from a central recess formed on said inner shaft. The plummet is provided with a battery means in an internal portion thereof to supply power to said light beam generator without affecting a motion of either of said inner shaft or said outer ring.
Abstract:
An improved interlock device arranged in a locker comprises a cylinder, a poking rod, a frame, a plurality of wedging blocks, a latch structure, and a safety device. Wherein, the cylinder is arranged at the upper portion of the front panel of the locker and is adapted for locking or unlocking the locker; the front of the poking rod is connected to the cylinder, and the frame, being arranged at the rear of the locker, is a hollow square bar, and the latch structure is fitted inside the frame and is capable of moving upwardly and downwardly with the poking rod by connecting an side of the latch structure to one end of the poking rod, and the latch structure further comprises: a latch piece and a poke-positioning mechanism. The invention improves the structure of latch structure and the wedging block, wherein a curved hook at the tail of the poking rod brings along the latch piece to move up and down for locking and unlocking the locker, such that the invention cooperating with the safety device not only has the function to limit the number of drawer that can be open at the same time, but also has the function of pushing in the unlocked drawer to be automatically locked. The activating manner of the entire latch structure may effectively solve the shortcoming of the prior arts
Abstract:
An improvement in a drawer lock of a cabinet includes a cylinder, a trigger bar, a fixing block, a sliding block, a latch hook, a first elastic member and a latch mechanism. The latch mechanism has a clutch pivotally engaged with a latch bar. A second elastic member keeps the clutch to be engaged with the latch bar at a preset angle. The latch hook of a closing drawer can wedge the latch bar to turn an angle smoothly while the clutch and the sliding block remain stationary, so as to prevent causing any damage to the latch hook even when the cabinet is in a locked position.
Abstract:
A drawer structure adapted to a single rail assembly or a multi-rail assembly in a cabinet; a drawer rail stop furnished beneath the drawer rail can be stopped with a stop lug on the single rail assembly or the multi-rail assembly. A roller on the rear end of a drawer rail may be mounted in place for the single rail assembly, or omitted for the multi-rail assembly; in other words, the drawer is compatible with a single rail assembly and a multi-rail assembly.
Abstract:
A vibration and noise reducing workbench structure is disclosed. The workbench is a multiplayer structure comprising a metal board, a cushioning layer and a wooden layer stacked upon each other. The metal board is disposed at the top, and the cushioning layer is sandwiched between the metal board and the wooden layer. The presence of a cushioning layer can effectively absorb the vibration and accompanying noise transmitted from the top-layer metal board. As such, lightweight and thinner metal board can be used to lower the production cost and the weight of the entire workbench structure, and the handling of workbench is made easier with the use of less manpower, thereby reducing industrial accidents and costs.
Abstract:
An improved brake for caster includes a reversed U shape bracket for holding a wheel thereunder, a load seat having a shaft engageable with an upper pivot hole formed in the bracket, a brake body constitutes a brake pad, an upper bar and a lower bar, a lever and a spring. The shaft has a round opening in the center and a plurality of shallow and deep grooves axially and alternately formed in the inside circumference of the round opening. The lever has a fulcrum on the load seat, a force applying point and a force reaction point located between the fulcrum and the force applying point. The top end of the brake body makes contact with the force reaction point. Through the interaction between the lever, spring and up or down movement of the brake body, the brake pad may make A forced contact with the wheel for braking or separate with the wheel to release braking. The lever does not move with the wheel and is convenient to use.
