摘要: A method for determining an incline angle of electromagnetic pointer is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps. First of all, an electromagnetic input pen/stylus is provided over antennas Xn/Yn along X/Y axes. Then a plurality of antennas at two sides of the antennas Xn/Yn are scanned. Next the signal distributions of the antennas Xn/Yn and the antennas at two side are analyzed. Then the number of antenna sampled of the signal distributions of the antennas at two side is determined. Next the antennas at two side are selected and the signal distributions are sampled and received according to the number of antenna sampled. Finally, an incline angle of the electromagnetic pointer is determined according to the sampled signal distributions.

摘要: The present invention relates to a whiteboard and method for orientation thereof, and particularly relates to an electromagnetic-and-interactive whiteboard with a battery-free pointer device and method of the electromagnetic-and-interactive whiteboard for finding the position of the battery-free pointer device. A plurality of signal handling devices are provided in the whiteboard for controlling the antenna boards of the whiteboard to emit electromagnetic power respectively. By this way, the antenna boards do not interfered with each other and the battery-free pointer device can be located precisely without deviation. Furthermore, the electromagnetic power provided by the antenna boards is applied to instead of a battery in battery-free pointer device for providing the power to the battery-free pointer device. The electromagnetic power provided by the antenna boards is used to be the power of the battery-free pointer device for emitting electromagnetic signals. As consequence of this structure of the battery-free pointer device of the whiteboard, the whiteboard of the present invention can meet the demand for environmental protection and more practicability.

摘要: Method for frequency detection and detecting variation of frequency is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps. First of all, a pointer is provided over an electromagnetic position detection apparatus, wherein the pointer emits an electromagnetic signal with a frequency f1. Next a base integration signal is generated according to the integration of the electromagnetic signal with the frequency f1 for a current integration period x. Then a current integration signal is generated according to the integration of the electromagnetic signal with the frequency f1 for the current integration period x and a predetermined electromagnetic signal with a predetermined frequency f0 for the predetermined integration period y. Finally, a frequency variation value Δf between the frequency f1 and a current frequency fc is calculated and obtained according to the current integration signal and the base integration signal.

摘要: An angle correcting method for a position pointer induced by a handwritten input device is disclosed. The steps of the method includes: firstly, an inclined angle table is provided. Then, a first induced voltage amplitude of a first position where the position pointer touches and a second induced voltage amplitude of a second position where is near to the first position are induced. The ratio of the first induced voltage amplitude to the second induced voltage amplitude is calculated to generate an amplitude ratio. Finally, the inclined angle table is looked up to find an inclined angle according to the amplitude ratio.
