The display baseplate includes an active area and a border area located on at least one side of the active area. The border area includes: a substrate; and a first conductive layer disposed on one side of the substrate; wherein at least one first opening is disposed on the first conductive layer, and the orthographic projection of the first conductive layer on the substrate does not overlap with an orthographic projection of the at least one first opening on the substrate.
