    摘要: A scan driver for a liquid crystal display (LCD) includes first and second address logic units, first and second level shifters and a decoder. The first address logic unit enables an ith first address signal among N first address signals during a Kth clock period according to a control signal, wherein the number i is equal to a remainder of K/N. The second address logic unit enables a jth second address signal among M second address signals during the Kth clock period according to the control signal, wherein the number j is equal to a quotient of K/N plus 1. The first and second level shifters respectively increase swings of the first and second address signals. When the ith first address signal and the jth second address signal are enabled, the decoder enables a (j−1)×N+i)th scan signal among M×N scan signals.

    摘要: A single-ended high-voltage level shifter for a TFT-LCD gate driver comprises a high-voltage power supply and a low-voltage power supply, a low-voltage NMOS transistor, a high-voltage NMOS transistor, and a high-voltage PMOS transistor. An input signal is applied at the gate of the low-voltage NMOS transistor. The source of the low-voltage NMOS transistor is connected to the low-voltage power supply. The source of the high-voltage NMOS transistor is connected to the drain of the low-voltage NMOS transistor. The high-voltage NMOS transistor has a first reference voltage applied at its gate. The level of the first reference voltage is between the input-signal level and the high-voltage power supply. The drain of the high-voltage PMOS transistor is connected to the drain of the high-voltage NMOS transistor. The source of the high-voltage PMOS transistor is connected to the high-voltage power supply. The high-voltage PMOS transistor has a second reference voltage applied at its gate. The second reference voltage keeps the high-voltage PMOS transistor in ON-state and is at a level higher than the first reference voltage. The drain of the high-voltage PMOS transistor is employed as the output end connected to an output buffer of the next stage.

    摘要: A touch sensing apparatus is disclosed. The touch sensing apparatus includes a logic control module, at least one storage control module, and at least one decoding control module. The logic control module is used to generate a plurality of control signals having different control timings. The plurality of control signals includes a storage control signal and a decoding control signal. Each storage control module includes a plurality of storage capacitors, and respectively stores each of sensed voltages in different storage capacitors at different times according to a storage control timing of the storage control signal. The sensed voltages are analog data sensed from scan lines of an ITO sensor. The decoding control module performs analog adding process to the sensed voltages stored in the storage capacitors according to a decoding control timing of the decoding control signal to output decoded analog data with high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).

The logic control module generates a plurality of control signals having different control timings, wherein the control signals comprise a decoding control signal. The differential amplifier is coupled with the decoding control module and calculates a voltage variance between the first sensing voltage and the second sensing voltage to output an amplified analog data.
