    摘要: The present invention discloses a positioning control apparatus which receives a moving command and a feedback signal outputted from a controlled device, and controls the controlled device for moving and positioning. The positioning control apparatus includes a first control loop, a second control loop and an arbitration module with a dead point default value, wherein the first control loop is used to control the controlled device moving in response to the error of the moving command and the feedback signal, on the other hand, the second control loop is used to control the controlled device positioning. Furthermore, the arbitration module compares the default value of dead point with the moving command so as to enable either the first control loop or the second control loop.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a positioning control apparatus which receives a moving command and a feedback signal outputted from a controlled device, and controls the controlled device for moving and positioning.     摘要: A lens actuating apparatus includes a fixed part, a moving part and at least one flexible part. The moving part is movably located on the fixed part. The flexible part has four contacting portions that form a hollow enclosed body. Two contacting portions that are located at the diagonal direction fasten the fixing part, and the other two contacting portions that are located at another diagonal direction contact the moving part. When the moving part has a movement related to the fixed part, the contacting portions of the flexible part contacted the moving part move far away from the fixed part. Thereby, the moved contacting portions exert a flexible recovery force to the moving part. The flexible part can be fully utilized in a limited space and does not affect the allocation of the other elements.

With the help of a stamper made of magnetic materials, the film layer separation is achieved through the attractive force imposed on the stamper by electromagnetic tearing. The device contains at least: a stamper supporter for supporting the stamper, an electromagnetic attraction device, and a base fixture. To distribute the electromagnetic force on the stamper evenly, the electromagnetic attraction device can have an array of homogeneously disposed electromagnetic iron cores and a conductive coil that can generate a magnetic force. Thus, there will be no localized stress when tearing.

A coil slides on the guide bar and has a second central axis in the optical axis direction and a first central elevation axis. The second central axis is perpendicular to the first central elevation axis. A fixed magnetic member is disposed in the coil and has a central magnetizing axis and a second central elevation axis. The central magnetizing axis is perpendicular to the second central elevation axis and aligned with the second central axis of the coil. The second central elevation axis is separated from the first central elevation axis. A lens housing is connected to the coil. When the coil is energized by application of a current, a magnetic force is generated, moving the coil and lens housing along the guide bar.

The lens housing slides along the central axis of the guide bar. A magnetic member is connected to the lens housing opposite the coil, providing a first magnetic field. When the coil is energized to generate a second magnetic field, the lens housing slides on the guide bar by attraction or repulsion of the first and second magnetic fields.

    摘要: The specification discloses a braking method for a single-phase motor, which is applied to a single-phase DC brushless motor driven by a three-phase motor driving IC. The invention uses a control unit to compute the rotational speed of the single-phase motor according to a rotation number signal generated by the motor rotational axis. When the rotational speed is below a threshold, the motor driving IC is controlled to stop rotating the single-phase motor. Through the single-phase motor braking method disclosed herein, the problem of unable to determine the rotational direction of a single-phase motor within a three-phase motor driving IC existing in the prior art can be solved by merely modifying the program in the control unit without adding system elements. Since currently the single-phase DC brushless motor and the three-phase motor driving IC have competitive superiority in prices, if the three-phase motor driving IC can directly drive the single-phase DC brushless motor without requiring additional system elements the whole system cost can be lower. On the other hand, this method can avoid the delay problem due to fewer single-phase motor driving IC manufacturers on the market.

    摘要: A lens activating device includes at least one elastic piece, at least one stationary piece and a movable piece. At least one elastic piece has at least four sheet portions and four sets of elastic portions. Each set of the elastic portions are serpentine and connected between two sheet portions in order to make the at least one elastic piece form a closed ring. The stationary piece is connected to two sheet portions, and the movable portion is connected to the other two sheet portions. The elastic force generated by the four sets of elastic portions exerts a restoring force on the movable piece. Via this arrangement, the slight rotation of the movable piece within the lens activating device can be reduced. Further, the problem that the elastic piece may scrape the neighboring elements can be prevented.

The hollow coil is placed at the outer or inner perimeter of the magnetically connected assembly, and the hollow coil surrounds the magnetically connected assembly and they have a gap in-between them to allow for sliding. Herein the lens slide base rigidly connects the first hollow magnet of the magnetically connected assembly or the hollow coil.

    摘要: The invention pertains to a method for determining whether a rotor is good in magnetic induction by measuring the electromotive force (emf) of a motor. A standard stator of the motor is prepared as the standard of measurement. A set of induction coil is wound upon the standard stator so that when the rotor is combined with the standard stator and is subject to running by a driver, the induction coil can detect the back-emf signal generated by the rotor, by which the rotor quality can be determined. Since the measuring method disclosed in the invention is performed within the closed system composed of the rotor and the stator, the result is not only close to a real motor in rotation, the detection is simple and free from the problem of axis alignment. Thus, this method can increase the production efficiency of the product line.
