The primary end face 5a of the transparent body 5 has a convex curved surface obtained through heat treatment. The convex curved surface 5a is preferably an unpolished surface, and a region with a radius of 75 μm or more centered around a shaft axis Z of the sleeve 4 at the convex curved surface 5a has a convex spherical surface.
