A medication reservoir is coupled to the pump. The medication reservoir is operationally coupled to the pump. A port is coupled to the housing. The port is operationally coupled to an inlet of the pump. An actuator is coupled to the housing. The actuator actuates the pump. A control is coupled to the housing. The control adjusts a pressure of the pump. A meter is coupled to the housing. The meter displays a pressure of the pump. A tube is operationally coupled to the port. A canister is operationally coupled to the tube. A tip is operationally coupled to the tube. The tip is selectively inserted into the user's nasal passage so the user's nasal passage is cleared.
