摘要: A pneumatic vehicle tire is provided. The tire includes a tread, an inner surface lying opposite the tread, a self-sealing sealant and a sound-absorbing open-cell foam ring arranged inside the pneumatic vehicle tire. The foam ring is adhesively attached to the inner surface and adheres to the self-sealing sealant which is applied before the sound-absorbing open-cell foam ring is attached to the inner surface. The self-sealing sealant has, at least immediately after being applied, a tackiness required for an adhesive attachment of the sound-absorbing open-cell foam ring. A closed-cell material ring is arranged between the sound-absorbing foam ring and the self-sealing sealant to prevent a diffusion of the sealant into the open-cell foam ring. The closed-cell material ring effects an airtight condition.

摘要: The invention relates to a self-sealing pneumatic vehicle tire having a belt package (2), a tread (1) arranged radially above the belt package (2) and an airtight inner layer (4) arranged radially on the inside, wherein the self-sealing of the pneumatic vehicle tire is obtained via a sealant layer (5) subsequently applied radially on the inside after the vulcanization of the pneumatic vehicle tire, wherein the sealant layer (5) has essentially the width of the belt package (2) and is arranged essentially in the projection thereof and has a cross section which is formed in a cross-sectional plane including the tire axis and has a surface (5a) running essentially parallel to the belt package in axial direction and a surface (5b) running essentially in radial direction.It is a feature of the invention that at least the surface of the sealant layer (5a) running essentially parallel to the belt package in axial direction has a circumferential coating (6) that contains at least one alkali metal salt of at least one fatty acid and/or at least one alkaline earth metal salt of at least one fatty acid.

摘要: Self-sealing tire sealants are provided which contain fragments and/or residues of expanded solids, where the solids are selected from the group containing expandable graphite and microspheres. In some aspects, the microspheres include at least isobutane and/or isopentane as blowing agents. The microspheres may also have a shell containing at least one polymer, and in some cases the polymer is at least one copolymer of acrylonitrile and methyl acrylate. The self-sealing tire sealant may further include graphene structures. In some aspects the interior of a pneumatic vehicle tire has the self-sealing tire sealant disposed on the inner surface, opposite the tire tread, and the layer thickness of the tire sealant may be from 0.5 to 8 mm.

摘要: A pneumatic vehicle tire including at least one sound absorber adhesively attached to the inner surface opposite the tread in the interior of said tire, wherein the at least one sound absorber adheres to an adhesive, and to an adhesive composition for securing at least one sound absorber to a surface of a pneumatic vehicle tire. The adhesive includes 10% to 80% by weight of at least one rubber, 11% to 80% by weight of at least one polyolefin and 2% to 20% by weight of at least one hydrocarbon resin. The adhesive has optimized flow characteristics and an optimized stickiness.
