The multiple panels are configured to fold to form the enclosure to hold the blood bag. The envelope includes a first fastening device connected to an inner surface of the top panel. The envelope includes a suspension device that is suspended from the first fastening device. The suspension device is configured to suspend the blood bag within the enclosure when the multiple panels are folded to form the enclosure.
