Abstract: The present invention belongs to the application field of hydrate technology, and discloses a large-scale integrated device of CO2 capture, sequestration and utilization and method. The device separates and purifies CO2 in a forward or reverse way; at the same time, it is configured with a storage simulation system to store the purified CO2; the system is configured with an axial pressure and circumferential pressure system, which can simulate the pressure environment of the deep-sea ocean and provide experimental support for the storage of CO2 in the deep-sea; and the device is reserved for the interface of seawater desalination system module, which can provide an experimental environment for the desalination of seawater by the hydrate method. Finally, the device is equipped with a cold storage system to realize the secondary utilization of energy from industrial high temperature exhaust gas.
