摘要： A visual display device for radar systems comprises a panel including a plurality of juxtaposed light indicators, each such indicator being formed by one or more lamps, and means for selectively operating the light indicators as a function of the position(s) of one or more detected targets in the area being scanned by the radar. The display device has two modes of operation : a first mode of operation (watch mode) in which the plurality of indicators is associated to the whole of the area being scanned and a second or ''''precise locating mode'''' of operation in which the plurality of indicators is associated to a portion only of the area being scanned thereby taking full advantage of the power of resolution and discrimination of the radar system.
