Abstract: A dispenser includes a body coupled to a front panel to form an interior cavity. The body includes a sidewall extending from a back portion. An opening is formed through the sidewall at a location spaced apart from the back portion. A housing extends from the sidewall adjacent the opening and into the interior cavity. In addition, a lock is configured to be received within the housing in a first orientation or a second orientation, the lock having a wall that is positioned within the opening in the second orientation. Further, the wall includes a receptacle formed therethrough.
