Abstract: A pedal pad is applied to a pedal device that outputs a signal corresponding to an operation amount of a depressing operation by an operator's foot. The pedal pad includes a pad member and a hinge member. The pad member is depressed by an operator's foot. The hinge member connects the pad member to a base of the accelerator device. The hinge member has a convex portion that is locked to the pad member and has a flat locking surface that is not perpendicular to the hinge shaft.

Abstract: An accelerator device having an organ structure includes a pad, a case, an inside movable mechanism, an arm, and a cover. The pad is pressed by a driver. The case is attachable to a vehicle body and includes a front wall, a rear wall, and an opened side. The inside movable mechanism is housed in the case and includes a shaft, a pedal, and a bias member. The arm penetrates an opening of the case so as to connect the pad to the pedal. The cover covers the opened side. The case on the vehicle body includes a drain passage positioned below a lowest position of a root of the pedal in a movement track while the pedal is moved from an accelerator idle state to an accelerator full-throttle state.

Abstract: An accelerator device having an organ structure includes: a pad configured to be pressed by a driver; a case configured to be attached to a vehicle body; an inside movable mechanism housed in the case; and an arm that passes through an opening formed in an outer wall of the case and connects the pad to the inside movable mechanism. The arm has a rectangle shape in a cross section. An entire circumference of the opening is surrounded by a protrusion protruding toward the pad. The protrusion includes an upper surface, and the upper surface has an inclination portion that slopes down rightward or leftward, when viewed from the pad.
