Abstract: A holder for paperback books, useful either in normal reading or for display purposes. The book is supported by a body member, formed from rigid sheet material and having upper and lower pairs of claws which extend from opposite sides of the body member and overlie the top and bottom of the left and right pages. For display use, a support member is engaged with the body member and positioned on a horizontal surface so that the book is inclined at a slight angle to the vertical.
