    Abstract: Systems, machine-readable media, and methods to control deployment of IoT devices over wireless networks with an adaptive gateway are provided. A gateway device may broadcast on different channels in a first time slot of a time interval. The gateway device may receive a response from a sensor device in a second time slot of the time interval. The gateway device may further communicate to the sensor device in a third time slot of the time interval. The gateway device may receive transmissions from the sensor device in one or more subsequent instances of the fourth time slot of the time interval. Based at least in part on the one or more transmissions from the sensor device, the gateway device may transmit data to one or more computer systems via one or more networks.
