Abstract: A device for holding tubes constructed of flexible and collapsible metallic foil, during filling of the tube with pastelike material, the device including a rigid sleeve with a supporting shoulder at the bottom and an oblong interior configuration at the top, slots in the sleeve wall adjacent the top and extending transverse to the axis, and elongate spring retainers in the slots and extending peripherally of the sleeve.
