Abstract: Polymeric compositions comprising a vinyl chloride resin, a bioplasticizer, and antimony trioxide. The antimony trioxide comprises arsenic in an amount of 300 ppm or less, lead in an amount of 410 ppm or less, and iron in an amount of 10 ppm or less, based on the entire weight of the antimony trioxide. Such polymeric compositions can be employed in a variety of articles of manufacture, such as coatings for wires and cables.
