Abstract: The invention relates to a thermosetting powder coating composition C (PCC C) comprising a physical mixture of a thermosetting powder coating composition A (PCC A) with a separate, distinct thermosetting powder coating composition B (PCC B). The invention further relates to a process for making said thermosetting powder coating composition C and processes for coating an article with said thermosetting powder coating composition C. The invention further relates to a cured thermosetting powder coating composition C (c-PCC C). The invention further relates to an article having coated thereon said thermosetting powder coating composition C as well as to an article having coated and cured thereon said thermosetting powder coating composition C. The invention further relates to the use of PCC C for heat-curing at low temperatures. The invention relates also to a use of PCC C for making a cured PCC C, preferably said cured PCC C is a powder coating having one or multiple of properties such as excellent resistance to swelling, good smoothness, good chemical resistance, low gloss, low yellowness, in any combination. The invention further relates to the use of said thermosetting powder coating composition C, to the use of an article having coated thereon said thermosetting powder coating composition C and to the use of an article having coated and cured thereon said thermosetting powder coating composition C.
