    摘要: Adhesive rodent glue boards are compactly packaged in a flexible plastic wrapper. Thermoformed glue-containing boards have protruding dam walls which extend upwardly from a base wall to define a reservoir for rodent-entrapping glue. The boards have a peripheral rim below the level of the glue. A paperboard sleeve extends between the rim of a first board and the rim of an overlying, inverted, second board, to maintain the glue of the two boards in spaced, non-contacting, relation. The glue extends to a level proximate the upper lip of the dam wall, allowing the board to present a lower profile to targeted rodents.

    摘要: Rodents are entrapped in hot melt adhesive which is disposed on a thermoformed thermoplastic base sheet which has a series of closely spaced ridges defining a rodent runway extending the length of the base sheet. The ridges create a series of depressed valleys which receive the adhesive and engage the quantity of adhesive with the base sheet to mechanically retain the adhesive against shifting off the base sheet. A substantially unobstructed expanse of adhesive without exposed ridges is presented on the runway for encounter by a rodent. Two stiffening ribs extend upwardly from the base sheet on either side of the runway to rigidify the base sheet. Multiple protrusions extend adjacent to each stiffening rib exterior to the runway. The protrusions are engaged on top and bottom by parallel projections of rack members within a papers or corrugated container such that multiple glue boards may be stored and dispensed.

    摘要: A tray has sidewalls which extend upwardly from a base sheet. Rodent entrapping adhesive is disposed between the sidewalls on the base sheet. An aggressive mechanical surface, for example in the form of a plurality of closely spaced protruding ridges, are formed to extend upwardly from the base sheet. The adhesive is retained mechanically on the aggressive mechanical surface. A region of the base sheet in the middle of the tray between two regions of aggressive mechanical surface may be left free of ridges to define a reservoir of glue to aid in the rodent entrapping performance of the tray and adhesive assembly.

    摘要: A rodent trap covered base defines an enclosed interior accessible through a sliding plastic tunnel defining a passageway for rodents into the interior. The tunnel has a projecting strike member, and is biased by an underlying spring to a retracted position. A trigger engaging member extends from the tunnel to be retained by a catch on a trigger mounted to the base. When a rodent passes through the tunnel into the base interior, it is directed by barriers towards a rodent attracting bait. To reach the bait, the rodent must press against a pivotably mounted trigger, thereby dislodging the trigger from the trigger engaging member which releases the tunnel to be driven by the spring to retract along parallel tracks to bring the strike plate forcibly against the rodent within the trap, usually killing it, and closing the trap, which is then presented covered within the trap for disposal.

    摘要: A mole trap has a tough plastic base with downwardly extending fixed blades. Movable plastic blades are pivotably connected to the base and urged into a sprung condition by springs. A two-segment lever extends between the base and a catch which is pivotably mounted to the base. A trigger extends through a central opening in the catch and has a post which protrudes beneath the catch where it can be actuated by the targeted mole. Operation of the trigger post causes the lever to release from its engagement with the catch so that the movable blades close on and strike the mole positioned beneath the trap. The trigger has a release tab extending from the lever, allowing convenient release from the set position, and an upwardly protruding set arm allowing trigger depression from a point exterior to the handle into its desired set configuration.

An injection molded translucent cover is permanently locked to a base about the cover's edges and center by elastic actuated hooks which engage receptacles on the base. The cover forms a labyrinth joint with a peripheral wall of the base. Double walls on exterior portions of the peripheral wall strengthen the walls where they form part of a closely confining bait receptacle which surrounds a bait block on portions of all sides. Circuitous internal passageways limit access to the bait. An interior wall extends to support the cover center.

    摘要: An injection molded plastic body has a lid joined by a living hinge. A rodent passageway extends within the body between two aligned holes. The hinge is perpendicular to the passageway, allowing the lid to be opened when the body is fixed adjacent a building wall. The interior of the body is divided by a raised wall which is broken into two segments by an opening to a blind passageway extending perpendicular to the passageway. Two rodent feeding areas are positioned adjacent the blind passageway. Bait blocks are positioned within each feeding area on protrusions which are received within axially extending central holes. The blocks are clamped between underlying rings and cooperating structure depending downwardly from the lid. Instead of bait, a mechanical trap maybe positioned on two of three protrusions aligned along the blind passageway. The mechanical trap inter-fits with the protrusions to positively position the mechanical trap.
