摘要： A heat exchanger having at least one of side plates embodying a polygonal aperture through the planar base thereof, located at a predetermined position, and at least two corresponding shear-apertures located at the interface between the planar base and a first wall and a second wall of the side plate, each adjacent to the base aperture, providing at least one flexing location to accommodate thermal expansion of the heat exchanger during thermal cycling.
