    Abstract: A key structure includes a base, a movable mechanism movably positioned on the base, a sound generating member positioned on the base, and an adjusting unit movable relative to the base to be at a first position or a second position. The sound generating member has a hitting portion, which extends corresponding to an impact surface. When the adjusting unit is at the first position, and a pressing force is applied to the movable mechanism, the movable mechanism moves relative to the base and drives the sound generating member to move, so the hitting portion moves to hit the impact surface to generate a hitting sound. When the adjusting unit is at the second position, the adjusting unit restricts movement of the hitting portion, so the hitting portion cannot move to hit the impact surface.

    Abstract: A keyswitch assembly includes a base, a pressable plate, a first magnetic acting member and a second magnetic acting member. An accommodating space is defined within the base, and an upper surface of the base is provided with a connecting portion. The pressable plate includes a pressing portion, an acting portion and a pivotal connection portion located between the pressing portion and the acting portion and pivotally connected to the connecting portion. The first magnetic acting member is disposed on the acting portion; the second magnetic acting member is disposed on the base corresponding to the first magnetic acting member. The keyswitch assembly is configured such that the first magnetic acting member and the second magnetic acting are attracted or repulsed each other by a magnetic force, so as to provide or change a pressing resistance of the pressing portion.

    Abstract: A mute-able input device with keystroke tactile feedback includes: a plurality of keys, each including a tactile structure and a sound-generating structure for respectively generating operational tactile feedback and operating sounds; a plurality of adjusting mechanisms, each including an adjusting portion corresponding to one of the keys; at least one switching unit including an operating portion and a switch member, the operating portion connecting the switch member and the adjusting mechanism, the switch member generating a switching signal involving a mode switching between different tactile modes or different sound modes for one or more keys. When the operating portion moves in response to a force, the switch member is triggered to achieve the mode switching; meanwhile, the adjusting portion moves to interfere with at least one of the tactile structure or the sound-generating structure along with the movement of the operating portion.

    Abstract: A keyswitch assembly includes a keycap, a lifting mechanism, a shield, and a substrate. The lifting mechanism includes a keycap end coupled to the keycap and is capable of being driven by a force to move downward by a distance. The shield extends from the keycap end or the keycap and is movable along with the keycap end or the keycap. The substrate is disposed below the lifting mechanism and includes a sensing switch and a keyswitch circuit electrically connected to each other. The sensing switch has a signal channel and is configured to sense a change in sensed intensity caused by interference of the shield with the signal channel to cause the keyswitch circuit to generate at least one keyswitch signal. During movement of the shield with the keycap end or the keycap, the shield interferes with the signal channel as much as possible throughout the entire distance.

    Abstract: A magnetic type keyswitch includes an actuating member and a switch unit. The actuating member is movable in response to a pressing force. The switch unit includes a circuit board, a Hall sensor electrically connected to the circuit board, and a magnet spaced apart from the Hall sensor by a fixed distance. When the pressing force is not applied, the magnet enables the Hall sensor to output a first voltage, and when the pressing force is applied, the actuating member moves relative to the magnet and the Hall sensor in response to the pressing force, so that the Hall sensor outputs a second voltage different from the first voltage, and the magnetic type keyswitch generates a triggering signal.
