According to the invention, the dehydration means is configured in such a way that, in fuel cell operating mode, it operates at a temperature of at least 60° C. and at least partially humidifies the gas passing through it in fuel cell operating mode, by restoring at least some of the water extracted from the gas that passed through it in the gas production and storage mode.
