摘要： A ventilating shoe configured to absorb air from the interior of the shoe when a ventilation component is not compressed by a wearer's foot and configured to expel the air out of the heel region of the shoe when the ventilation component is compressed by a wearer's foot. The ventilation component is configured to be produced quickly and conveniently and to preserve the comfort and support necessary for the activity or purpose for which the ventilating shoe was designed.
