It is made from a single cardboard blank having a plurality of panels extending lengthwise and connected together. The box is formed by folding the panels into a pair of adjacent compartments, with a top panel folding over to encapsulate the slides. The slides are detachable from the front panel and moveable sideways to uncover openings which form dispensing paths for the two types of solid pourable products. The slides preferably remain attached to side panels of the box, and then can be moved back to close off the dispensing paths if all the product is not immediately used. A bottom portion of the box is configured with conventional flaps and the box can be filled from the bottom or the top.

摘要： A package for dispensing pourable solid product includes a box having a pair of heart-shaped sides and a moveable slide for selectively opening and closing the product dispensing opening in the bottom portion of the box. Preferably the moveable slide is hingedly connected to an actuation panel extending down a side of the box. The package further preferably includes a wrapping applied to the box with a tear-away portion covering only the opening and slide, such that the tear away portion can be removed and the remainder of the wrapping stays in place decorating the box. Preferably and to great cost advantage, the box is formed from a single blank sheet of paper cardboard stock.
