    摘要： The invention provides a naturally vented cockpit of a boat. To achieve this natural ventilation, the invention utilizes the high pressure zone formed when air flows over surfaces of a boat and is forced to change flow direction, when the boat is in forward motion. One of these zones is located in the vicinity of the base of the windshield and the foredeck of the boat. An air scoop is located in this vicinity to funnel air into an air passage that extends beneath the windshield and into the cockpit. The terminal end of the air passage is preferably located near the base of the inside surface of the windshield to direct air onto the windshield, thereby minimizing the risk of fogging and condensation on its surface. Moreover, the fresh air entering from the air scoops can be used to maintain a slightly positive pressure in a cockpit that is under full canvas. As a result, the concentration of combustion of gases in the cockpit is reduced, providing a healthier environment for the occupants.

    摘要： A recreational personal trailerable vehicle, such as a boat, is provided with a rear brake light. The boat; boat electrical harness, and trailer combination is safer for being towed in traffic. The boat includes a rear-mounted brake light, located in the stern of the boat, activated in concert with the brake lights of a motorized towing vehicle, to warn following motorists that the boat and trailer combination is slowing down. Further, the electrical cable supplying power to the rear brake light is concealed, providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance to the boat. An electrical harness is connected to a power supply on the motorized vehicle and supplies power to both the rear brake light of the boat, and a pair of spaced rear-mounted brake lights of the trailer. Optionally, the rear lights are activated by a transmitter-receiver arrangement that activates a power source electrically connected to the rear light.

    摘要： A boat with a unique hull that stabilizes watercraft during turning conditions in water, thereby substantially reducing or eliminating the side-to-side oscillation that is typical of prior art craft undergoing this maneuver. To achieve this enhanced stability, the hull has a series of ridges or troughs, or both, to disrupt laminar flow along the hull, when the craft turns. This disruption of laminar flow stabilizes the hull and substantially eliminates side-to-side oscillation.
