Abstract: Devices, systems and methods for shunting, plugging, and device installation via a cinching mechanism are provided. In some instances, a cinching system incorporates two rings and a cord stitched along and between the two rings. In some instances, the two termini of the cord can be pulled to provide a cinching mechanism. In some instances, the cinching system is sheathed within a transcatheter delivery system, which can used to deliver the cinching system to a target site.
