    Abstract: In an injection molding mold, a cavity to shape an impeller is formed on a cavity piece. The cavity piece includes an inner piece portion on which the cavity is formed, and a support piece portion turnably supporting the inner piece portion and movably mounted on a fixed-side mold. This cavity piece is moved to a first mold separating position together with a movable-side mold. The inner piece portion is formed such that a spiral pattern groove to shape a plurality of spiral pattern vanes of the impeller constitutes a part of the cavity. When the movable-side mold separates from the cavity piece at the first mold separating position, the impeller moves integrally with the movable-side mold and separates from the inner piece portion while turning the inner piece portion such that the vane slides and moves inside the spiral pattern groove of the inner piece portion.

    Abstract: An injection-molded impeller includes a center shaft portion and a plurality of vanes. The plurality of vanes are formed at a peripheral area of the center shaft portion at regular intervals. The injection-molded impeller is rotated around an axial center CL of the center shaft portion to flow out a fluid flowed in between the adjacent vanes from a direction along the axial center CL of the center shaft portion toward a radially outer side. The vanes include non-deflecting shape portions and arc-shaped flow deflecting portions. The non-deflecting shape portions linearly extend from the center shaft portion along a radial direction. The flow deflecting portions extend from the non-deflecting shape portions to radially outward ends. The vanes are formed in a spiral pattern from one end side to another end side along the axial center CL of the center shaft portion.
