Abstract: In one embodiment, a lighting fixture adapter includes a sliding rail structure configured to slidably receive an insert and a mounting slot positioned below the sliding rail structure and configured with one or more mounting holes at a bottom of the mounting slot. The insert may be configured to be secured to a mounting position. The one or more mounting holes may be configured to receive one or more mounting features to secure a lighting device to the lighting fixture adapter. A position of the insert in the sliding rail structure is adjustable within a length range of the sliding rail structure.

Abstract: Provided in the present invention is an explosion-proof lighting device, comprising: a device body for accommodating the explosion-proof lighting device, the device body comprising a mounting portion located in the middle portion thereof and a first heat dissipation portion and a second heat dissipation portion that extend from the bottom of the mounting portion to two sides; a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) for emitting light to illuminate; an electrical drive module for powering the light emitting diodes; and a seal cover detachably connected to the device body from the bottom thereof. The present invention allows for reliable dissipation of heat generated by the light emitting diodes to the ambient environment without additionally providing a heat dissipation device, avoids the direct adverse effects of heat generated by the light emitting diodes on the electrical drive module while achieving compactness and reduced height of the explosion-proof lighting device, and significantly reduces the number of parts and costs for production, assembly and manufacturing of the explosion-proof lighting device.

Abstract: A light-emitting diode (LED) module of an LED luminaire assembly for a harsh and hazardous environment is provided. The LED module includes an LED assembly, a single-piece lens assembly, and an adhesive sealant. The LED assembly includes a plurality of LEDs. The single-piece lens assembly includes a plurality of lenses, wherein the lens assembly includes a groove defining a complete loop and surrounding the plurality of lenses, the lens assembly coupled to the LED assembly, and the plurality of lenses covering at least one of the plurality of LEDs. The adhesive sealant is disposed in the groove and bonded to the lens assembly, the adhesive sealant sealing off the plurality of LEDs from an ambient environment around the LED module.

Abstract: An LED light fixture for a hazardous location includes an axially elongated enclosure fabricated from a polymer material, at least one axially elongated linear light emitting diode (LED) module mounted in the enclosure, and an LED driver module mounted in the housing that operates the at least one linear light emitting diode. A combination of a cover lens material of the cover lens and the polymer material of the axially elongated enclosure assists with heat dissipation from the light fixture, thereby allowing the LED driver module and the at least one axially elongated linear printed circuit board with LED components to operate within a target peak temperature limit for the hazardous location.
