The present disclosure relates to a system and a method for managing filtering information of attack traffic, and more particularly, to a system and a method for managing filtering information of attack traffic that may block attack traffic in a front end from which the attack traffic is transmitted by transmitting traffic filtering information, to a first autonomous system of the front end from which the attack traffic is transmitted, through a border gateway protocol (BGP) and by applying, to a relevant router, the transmitted traffic filtering information in the corresponding first autonomous system, when an edge router of a second autonomous system (AS) positioned in a rear end sets the traffic filtering information by detecting the attack traffic.

An electronic device for managing an emergency alert message and a method of operating the same are provided. The method includes receiving an emergency alert message transmission request from a server, in response to the emergency alert message transmission request, transmitting, to a mobile communication network gateway, a request message for requesting a base station to transmit an emergency alert message to a terminal, and transmitting, to the mobile communication network gateway, a trigger request message for causing the base station to repeatedly transmit a trigger message to the terminal to attempt to display the emergency alert message on a screen of the terminal, wherein the emergency alert message transmission request may include geo-fence information, transmission period information of the trigger message, and transmission number information of the trigger message.

The present invention relates to a piezoelectric cooling control apparatus and method, which set pulse parameters based on the temperature of the heating unit of a cooling target device, and thus control piezoelectric cooling. The piezoelectric cooling control apparatus includes a temperature sensing unit for sensing temperature of a heating unit of a cooling target device. A determination unit determines whether to activate piezoelectric cooling, based on the sensed temperature of the heating unit and a temperature setting range. A setting unit is configured to, if it is determined by the determination unit to activate piezoelectric cooling, set pulse parameters based on the temperature setting range and the temperature of the heating unit. A pulse control unit generates a PWM waveform based on the set pulse parameters and outputs the PWM waveform. A piezoelectric cooling unit performs piezoelectric cooling based on the PWM waveform.

A method and apparatus for managing an identification system for a sensor device used to protect and monitor an electrical installation. The method includes receiving an identifier allocation request for allocation of an identifier of a sensor device and allocating the identifier to the sensor device in response to the identifier allocation request, in which the identifier includes a customer number used to identify an installation unit at which the sensor device is positioned, a sensor device name used to identify a type of the sensor device, an electrical installation name used to identify a target electrical installation in an electrical facility to be sensed by the sensor device, and a classified space name indicating information on a space in the electrical facility in which the sensor device is positioned.
