摘要： This disclosure relates to using compounds disclosed herein to treat or prevent cocaine use disorder, cocaine toxicity, or other drug related disorders. In certain embodiments, this disclosure relates to methods of treating drug addiction or to help prevent relapse. In certain embodiments, this disclosure relates to methods of treating or preventing cocaine use disorder, cocaine toxicity, or other use disorders comprising administering an effective amount of a compound disclosed herein, such as ibrutinib, [(R)-1-(3-(4-amino-3-(4-phenoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-1-yl)piperidin-1-yl)prop-2-en-1-one], derivative, or salt thereof to a subject in need thereof. In certain embodiments, the compound is a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor.
