摘要： A method of treating a finely divided powder is provided including a) forcing the powder through the apertures of a sieve to form agglomerates; and b) spheronizing the agglomerates. The method results in spheronized agglomerates having sufficient strength to withstand processing and packaging operations, but which are sufficiently soft to deagglomerate during delivery via a breath-actuated inhaler.
