    Abstract: The present invention relates to a hinged door locking device and, more particularly, to a hinged door locking device comprising a rotatable lever installed on a door frame separately from a main locking device generally used for security, wherein a side to be opened by rotation in the hinged door is brought into tight contact with the door frame at multiple points in the longitudinal direction by operating the lever. Thus, the hinged door locking device is configured to readily maintain the tight contact and has high usability as an auxiliary locking device.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a device capable of guiding a stable rotational actuation between a first support bracket fixedly connected to a supporting frame side of a door frame and a second support bracket fixedly connected to the door side in a gear hinge unit constituting a rotating door, specifically, in a door hinge in which a gear hinge unit is provided between the first support bracket fixedly connected to the support frame side of the door frame and the second support bracket fixedly connected to the door side, by minimizing the compressive stress generated in the lower gear hinge unit under a neutral axis of the door and the tensile stress generated in the upper gear hinge unit above the neutral axis of the door by the rotational moment applied to the gear hinge unit due to the load of the door, it is possible not only to secure and maintain the correct opening/closing performance of the door, but also to minimize damage to parts caused by friction or friction noise in the door hinge.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an annular roller device for a sliding window/door, which is proposed as a roller device having a new structure wherein the roller device installed under a door sash can move a sliding window/door having heavy weight, and can maximize the open glass portion of the window/door by minimizing the height of the space required to install the roller device, thereby providing a more open view.     Abstract: The present invention relates to a door guide frame of a detachable segment structure for sliding windows and doors, in which in order to improve heat insulating performance of the door guide frame, the door guide frame is divided into an outer body portion and an inner body portion and a thermal break is disposed therebetween, and even when a second pocket guide segment accommodated in the inner side surface of the inner body portion and a third pocket guide segment accommodated in the inner side surface of the outer body portion are separated from an upper cap region of an aluminum material and have a lower leg region formed of a thermal break material, a supporting means capable of providing a good supporting force for the lower leg region formed of such thermal break material is provided without affecting the heat insulating performance of the door guide frame.
