摘要： An instrument panel storage system is provided for a motor vehicle. That storage system includes an instrument panel having a storage cavity defining a first docking station and a removable storage bin held in the cavity at the first docking station. Further the storage system includes one or more remote docking stations that allow the removable storage bin to be positioned at different locations within the motor vehicle as desired by the vehicle occupants.

摘要： A cargo area for a vehicle includes a package tray behind the rear seat having an upper surface and a lower surface. The package tray is rotated about an axis to uncover the cargo area. The cargo area further includes a container detachably or permanently attached to the lower surface of the panel. The container may define one or more receptacles that are accessible when the panel is raised and lowered when the package tray is lowered to a horizontal orientation above the cargo area.

摘要： A package tray assembly is provided for a motor vehicle. The package tray assembly includes a package tray having a vehicle forward end, a vehicle rearward end and a storage device. The storage device is carried on the underside of the package tray and has an opening oriented toward the vehicle rearward end of the package tray. That opening is easily accessed and is presented to the user when the lift gate is opened and the package tray is pivoted upwardly.
