Abstract: A display device includes an input unit that receives input of two-dimensional information, a display that displays a screen and a control unit. When determining that one of a plurality of blocks into which the screen is two-dimensionally divided is selected based on a one-dimensional component of the information received by the input unit, the control unit magnifies and displays the selected block on the display with a first magnification factor which allows visual recognition of remaining blocks none of which has been selected. When detecting decision to magnify the selected block, the control unit magnifies and displays the selected block on the display with a second magnification factor larger than the first magnification factor.
