摘要： The invention provides a composition in the form of a hydrogel useful for treating wounds in the oral cavity. The hydrogel includes one or more polysaccharides, one or more polyols, one or more essential oils, and water, and has a pH of from about 6.2 to about 8.5. The invention also provides a method of treating a wound in the oral cavity by applying an effective amount of the composition to the wound.
