摘要： An insulating panel comprising a plurality of transparent plastic members, usually tubular and substantially rigid, positioned in parallel relation and extending over one surface of a glass sheet, and a transparent plastic cover sheet extending over at least the one surface of the glass sheet and the plastic members and secured to marginal areas of the glass sheet to form a unitary hollow insulating structure therefrom. Or two plastic cover sheets may secure tubular plastic members in the open center of an open center frame.
