摘要: A tablet printing device applies print processing to a tablet having an engraved mark display with a recessed groove part. The tablet printing device includes a conveying disk that conveys the tablet while sucking and supporting a side surface of the tablet and an inkjet head capable of applying print processing to the front and back surfaces of the tablet conveyed by the conveying disk. The inkjet head applies print processing to the recessed grooved part of the engraved mark display based on engraving position data obtained by a print surface inspection device. Print processing is performed along the engraved mark display, with the result that the engraved mark display is made clear, significantly improving the visibility thereof.

摘要: A tablet has a hole that can retain an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) in a side surface. A tablet production device has a second conveyance disk that conveys the tablet while sucking/supporting the side surface of the tablet, medicinal agent supply device ejects the API into the holes and an inkjet head that prints on the front and back surfaces of the tablets. The tablets are conveyed with the side surface thereof sucked by the second conveyance disk, the medicinal agent supply device adds the API into the holes and the inkjet head prints on the front and back surfaces at the same time.

摘要: A tablet has a first layer printed using visible ink and a second layer printed using invisible ink. The first layer includes characters, a trademark, or the like printed using the visible ink, which can be visually confirmed by an administrator in charge or a tablet user. The second layer includes a barcode or the like printed using the invisible ink, which cannot be visually confirmed by the administrator or the tablet user. The second layer is visualized by black light or the like so as to be made readable. The tablet is subjected to print processing by a tablet printing device provided with conveying disks A to C conveying the tablet while sucking and supporting a side surface of the tablet. The first layer 51 and the second layer are printed by inkjet heads, respectively.

摘要: A tablet printing device (1) has a conveying disk (C) that conveys a tablet (3) while sucking and supporting a side surface (5) of the tablet (3) and inkjet heads (4) and (6) capable of applying print processing to the side surface (5) and front and back surfaces (7a) and (7b) of the tablet (3) conveyed by the conveying disk (C). The tablet (3) is sucked to and supported by a suction hole (28) formed in an end surface (Xc) of the conveying disk (C) with a large part of the side surface (5) and the entire front and back surfaces (7a) and (7b) thereof exposed. A tablet provider name or the like is printed on the side surface (5) of the tablet (3) by the inkjet head (4), and an active ingredient name and/or volume are/is printed on the front and back surfaces (7a) and (7b).
