Abstract: A device for transferring a fluid from a supply tank to a receiver tank includes at least one duct for charging the receiver tank with liquid and at least one duct for return of the gas. The gas return duct is configured to transfer the gas contained in the receiver tank at a pressure close to or significantly different from the pressure of the supply tank.
